Pinchas Abramovich (1909–1986) was an artist born near Kaunas who enrolled at the Kaunas Art School in 1925, moved to Israel in 1929 and never returned to Lithuania. In 1935–1936 he studied at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. Like other Jewish artists in interwar Paris, he leaned towards Expressionism and later towards abstraction, and he is regarded as one of the most prominent Israeli abstract artists.

Pinchus Abramovich was born in 1909 near Kaunas and died in 1986 in Israel. In 1925, he enrolled in the Kaunas Art School. In 1929, P. Abramovich moved to Israel and did not return to Lithuania. From 1935 to 1936, he studied in Paris at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière. Like other Jewish artists living in interwar Paris, P. Abramovich leaned towards expressionism, and later towards abstractionism. He is considered one of the most prominent Israeli abstract artists.
