Museum artist. In Lithuania, his works are present in the Lithuanian Art Museum, the National M. K. Čiurlionis Art Museum, the M. K. Čiurlionis Gallery, Tartle, as well as in the Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian Museum, the Tbilisi and Riga Art Museums.
Leonardas Tuleikis has also been awarded the Order of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas.
