Vaclovas Krutinis (1948–2013) was a Lithuanian sculptor and public figure. Since 1974, he participated in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad—in Moscow, Riga, Tashkent, Gothenburg, Athens, and Beijing. He held solo exhibitions in Vilnius in 1993, 1994, 1998, and 2008. From 1998, he was the chairman of the Lithuanian Artists' Association and vice president of the Lithuanian Association of Art Creators and the Lithuanian Copyright Protection Agency.

His works are characterized by smooth forms and decorative elements, predominantly featuring human figures, frequent figurative groups, and some animalistic motifs. Since the 1980s, he focused mainly on creating abstract sculptures.
