Museum author. In Lithuania, works are held by LNDM, NČDM

Created in 1991 for the German collector Martin Köhler, this ex libris demonstrates the mature "sculptural graphics" style of Antanas Kmieliauskas. The work is dominated by a powerful figure framed within a monumental, architectural border reminiscent of sacred art elements. Through the complex technique of color etching, the artist creates a rich, multi-layered texture, transforming the small format of the ex libris into a piece worthy of monumental art. It is a celebration of human spiritual strength and creative energy.
