Born in 1989 in Lithuania.
Miglė Janušaitė Jašauskė is an artist with a diverse, multidirectional practice. She approaches ceramics from an interdisciplinary perspective and also works in sculpture, land art and performance. Her work addresses issues important to contemporary society: politics, the formation of identity, the Anthropocene, psychology and philosophy.
Before turning to visual art she spent 15 years in the fashion industry, specialising in clothing, hats and jewellery, and founded the fashion brand BETWEEN.
In 2025 Baroti Gallery presented her solo exhibition of ceramic sculpture “Childhood Frontline”. At ArtVilnius 2026, TUMO Gallery presents her series of wooden sculptures “Klausykla” (Listening Place).
